Last week almost took me out. With it being the first week of school. I forget just how tired you are getting back into that routine. I carried on as if it was no big deal to add in those long days of teaching. Boy was I wrong thinking I could do it all and make it through the week just like it was summer. By Thursday I ran out of energy and my come back well that we nonexistent.
On Wednesday I got a message from BoHo Buffalo store in Waco that I needed to bring a few more large pieces. Oh no big deal I’ll just get those our during lunch and after school. I managed to get a few things finished but then a call from Cameron’s Trading Company letting me know that Oh by the way your booth is empty. I worked none stop and prayed non stop God would give me strength to finish what I need to do and teach. He came through but not without me crashing on Friday after we got back from Waco. We pulled in the driveway around 9:30pm Friday evening.
The pieces I took were stunning and well excepted at the store. The first piece was this very large dresser style system that could be used in any home. Bedroom, office, family room it will add beauty to any room. I think it would be also work in someones over-size closet to story all kinds of goodies.
Finding an old dresser that is in excellent shape is the best. No repairs what so ever with drawers that open and close with out hesitation. This dresser is restored and ready for years of storage and beautiful as well. The drawers are a little tricky to get into order so I numbered them so the new owner and put them back with ease.
Greg and I have wanted a new table in our kitchen. When Cameron’s called I needed a smaller table to fill the opening in my booth. I quickly redid the table from my kitchen and loaded it on the Uhaul. It’s a perfect piece for someone who needs a space-saving table. On Saturday morning I got up at six and redid a table for my kitchen. We couldn’t be happier. I need to order the metal farmhouse chairs to complete the look. Amazon says they will be here by the 31st. I’ll post those pictures so you can see the finished look.
It was a busy hard week. I forgot to enter my attendance. I might have forgotten to eat a few times and oh my goodness thank goodness Greg was out-of-town so he didn’t starve. I love being busy and I love the hustle and bustle of my life. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Okay maybe……..no nothing could replace this blessed life I’ve been given.
