I put so much stress on myself when I decide on these challenging projects. I mean really who does this to themselves. I guess the answer to that is LaTonya does. There isn’t a day go by that I’m not working on something. Weather it be school, Blue Happy, my family or my home. My hands are always moving trying to finish something up. Today I tried to get those big-O-plans done and well………it didn’t happen. Oh how I tried but life just got in the way. The Vet appointment went way long as did my own doctor appointment. They both took like 6 hours out of my day. Then I had to help a customer at Doc’s with measurements on one of my pieces. By that time my day was at 6:00 and I was done for.
I did get a great start on these projects with all 5 of them cleaned, repaired and painted. One of them I did get completely finished. By far not a banner day but this piece did turn out really nice. I can’t beat myself up even though that is what I want to do. We all fall short someday’s and plans don’t go as we think they should. Thats why we should be thankful for waking up each and every morning. A new day is a chance to work out the kinks and take a different path. Today for me it had lots of kinks. I was so stressed as to how in the world would I get finished. I was at Doc’s waiting on a customer to responded back to me and talking to my friend Charla. She ask me if I was okay so I told her my problem. She had some pretty wise advice, “It’s okay if you don’t get it all done, your still teaching people how to rally if things don’t work out.” She was right God willing I will get tomorrow and I can finish up the project then. After all it’s almost done just a few more steps and I’ll be finished.
