I’m not one for promoting a product. I figure people will use and buy what they want that works for them. Sometimes I come across a product that makes sense to share. A few months ago while at the gym my friend Brandi told me about a product she uses. Now I gotta be honest when she told me I thought okay sure. She friended me on the Facebook page for this product and I started reading, watching video’s and looking at all the feed back. It started looking really good and had possibilities.
The product was Ashley Black Fascia Blaster. It’s a product that helps with cellulite on your body. I’m not going to pretend to explain it like I know what I’m talking about. I’m not a medical person or know about the science of the body but this thing really works. One of the biggest difference I notice was on my scars from my surgeries. The biggest difference was to my leg and arm scars. They smoothed faster than the scar from my tummy tuck. I have also been using it on my tummy tuck scar to get it even smoother and its working. I’m completely satisfied with the Fascia Blaster and the improvements to all my scars.
Thursdays are leg day at the gym for me. I bust my butt and legs and by the time I get home after teaching all day I’m feeling that workout. I get ready for bed put a little coconut oil of my thighs and use the Fascia Blaster to rub out the knots in my legs. It’s not only for cellulite but helps in the healing of my scars and tight muscles.
In order to understand how this works look it up online and watch the video’s that Ashley Black has put out about this product. She goes into great detail on how it works with the fascia in your body. I know it sounds to good to be true but I bought it and it has proven it’s a good product to use. Like I said I don’t really ever back a product but when you come across one that really works you need to share.
I’m not sure if Ashley Black intended this to be used on dogs but I do use it on my Cooper. A year ago Cooper hurt his right hip. The injury was so bad that the vet wanted to do surgery. He agreed we had a few years before it got so back it would have to be replaced. I saw a video where a lady was using it on her dogs hip and it was helping. I thought why not so I started using it on Cooper at least 5 nights a week. I used the smaller hand-held size and slowly massaged his hip. We notice a difference in how he walked, ran and stood. He seem to relax the hip more and the pain seem to be limited. All I know is this product has made a difference for Cooper and myself.
Look it up for yourself and make your own opinion about it. If I had to do it all over again I’d have bought it soon than later. Hope today found you Blue Happy making many memories. I’m burning the candle late getting ready for the art show on Saturday. I’ll be posting pictures and I might just do my first live video on Facebook.
