Blue Happy is so much more than the color Blue. Recently I was at Doc Holliday’s when I over heard a lady say “Blue Happy Living isn’t so blue”. Like I said it’s more than the color it’s about being happy and finding what makes you happy. I’m happiest when it’s sunny and blue sky’s. I always look to the open blue sky when I pray night or day. I spent so many years unhappy that I so cherish my happiness now in my life. I would say things like if I could just get to this point in my life, make this kind of money or I’ll be happy when I weigh this not that. This list went on and on until one day I rose to the occasion of restoring my life. So once again it’s not about the Blue it’s about the Happy.
As I started to prepare for the March sidewalk sale I wanted to stretch myself a little further. I wanted to really step out of my box and do some different pieces with different colors. I have done that with this collection. Color is everywhere and words of wisdom flow through out each piece. There are some blue things but other colors have worked their way into my designs. As of today I have prepared over 20 pieces for the sale. Some small and many large pieces will be out in the parking lot. I have so enjoyed doing all of them and I’m not finished. I’m working on 2 more large pieces and many more smalls. I need to go bacj to school to rest! LOL
One of my favorites is the rolling organizing cabinet. With it multi-colored drawers it has a whimsical fun look for many uses. Great for make-up, jewelry, art supplies, office supplies or even great for a hair dresser to keep her supplies in. I’m sure you can think of many more ideas. I love the idea of a teacher using it in her class room. It is easy to pull around and move from desk to desk. Not only does it have 4 drawers put it has storage inside the crate that is on the bottom. There is also a small hidden storage in the back at the bottom. I so love decorative items in your home that can also organize things. I finished it off with a hook on the side, you can always use a hook to hang things on.
Trays, baskets, metal containers and so many other items I’m so excited for this sale. I’m loving what is coming out of this Blue Happy adventure. Happiness is what you make it out to be. If you only think of the things you don’t have or the life you don’t live happiness will always seem so far away. Live in the moment and happiness will over whelm you. Have a Blue Happy Wednesday!
