On September the first I told you that I opened a booth at Doc Holliday’s Emporium in Wylie Texas. It has been great and many things from Blue Happy Living blog has found new homes. I’m stopping by at least 3 times a week to keep it filled up with new items for you to purchase. I’m excited to let you know that the owner of Doc Holliday’s has an opening for a larger booth up stairs. It’s really big and offers the space to fill it with bigger items and lots more Blue Happy blog items.
I spent the better part of Sunday afternoon organizing my storage units and all my pieces. I’ve pulled the best of what is ready to go and I pulled things I’ve wanted to get to and haven’t made the time. Well this is the time and this week is gonna be over flowing with projects. I brought one truck load to the house of to do projects and I’ll finish them all up in a few days. I’ll go back for the final projects on Wednesday. The plan is to have them all done and ready to fill the booth this next weekend. It should be ready on Monday for you to shop.
I’ll have dressers, chairs, home decor, small tables, large tables and so much more. Not every thing will be in blue so don’t fret if you’re not so blue. Everything in my booth will be ready for you to put in your home to organize all the things that make your family run. After the opening during the month of October I will be adding a few fall items. These items will be for you to make your home holiday ready. Before we know it Christmas will be here so in November I will add a few Christmas items. Every month I will add new items and the booth will change so make sure you stop by often.
I’m excited about this new bigger and better booth. I wanted a bigger booth and there wasn’t one open at Doc’s, so I started to pray about it. I know I’m suppose to be doing this, I know that Blue Happy is going in the right direction and I knew I just needed to let God’s plan run it’s course. I visited other store as local as I could and didn’t really feel good about any of them. God is good and He always answers your prayers in His time, in His way. Funny how we try to control our future. I love doing all the projects. I can’t wait for you to read the blogs over the next few weeks, there are some pretty cool projects coming up. One of my favorites is a bench seat that started out so ugly and it had to be loved a lot to recycle it back. Now this bench seat is amazing!!!
I will post next Monday about the booth with pictures. They are have a big sale on Saturday the 8th you should come and shop. Monday is here and it’s a great day to find something in your home or from the trash to make Blue Happy!
