I’m still working towards the Blue Happy online store. It’s complicated and my IT person isn’t much help these days. Something about having time off to have a baby, by the way hasn’t come yet. Everyday we get up and think okay Scarlett’s gonna come today, but no she doesn’t. Maybe today is the day. So the online store for Blue Happy hopefully will be up and running very soon. Until then I have BIG BIG NEWS!
On Thursday the 1st of September you will be able to shop a few of the Blue Happy blog items at a store near you. Well if you live in Wylie Texas that is. I’ve rented a booth at the Doc Holliday Emporium. It’s a small booth so I can put in the items that are highlighted on the blog each week. I get lots of calls, text and email about how to buy these things so I thought I would give you an outlet to purchase them. This antique mall is one of the nicer ones I visited before I picked one. The owners keep it very clean and it easy to shop. There is a wide variety of items, so there is something for everyone. My booth is on the first floor in the back left corner when you enter the front door, if you enter in the back I’m far right. All the other booths have great finds as well with vintage items, shabby chic all over the place and so many redo’s and reused items your head will spin. Shopping is plentiful here at the Emporium.
Blue Happy Living is growing in so many different directions. I want to share it all with you but my hands are tied on a few of the big growths and my mouth is shut. Oh well you will hear sooner or later. Spring just might be a good time to reveal some good news. I’m loving all of this, the creative, the learning new things and the growth. Greg and I have started doing a lot of projects together. It’s great when that happens, I like when we work together as long as my idea wins. He is a very smart man so he knows when to shut his mouth and say “yes LaTonya that’s a great idea”.
Well the address to the new booth is 113 S. Birmingham Street, Wylie Texas 75094. Remember it’s called the Doc Holliday Emporium. I’m so excited about this little booth and when a bigger booth opens I will move into that. I will be offering all my larger piece’s at the Emporium and a few of the smaller things. The online store will have my smaller pieces along with a few other little surprises. If you find yourself in the area and shopping send me a message and I’ll come up and see you at the booth.
So that’s the big new’s and I couldn’t be more excited to share with you all. I looking forward to Wednesday and finishing up my projects for my Thursday and Friday blogs.
