On Saturday I held the first ever Blue Happy sale. It was so much fun and my house was full of great friends. We had great conversation and lots of holiday treats. I got to talk with so many women who love to make their house a home for their families. It’s clear we are all looking for ways to make that happen on a budget. I ended the day feeling so blessed that so many of you came out to support my sale, blog and me. I love knowing that you have some of my art pieces in your home. Every piece I do has a bit of my heart put into it as I work to make it a piece of art. It is truly my passion to share my work with all of you.
Learning from everyday life is something we forget to take advantage of. I spent days worrying about the sale things like, what if no one comes, what if no one likes my stuff and what if my prices are too high and people are put off by that. There were so many questions and worries that were not necessary. I just needed to trust in my passion and let it be.
I love what I do and my passion sometimes takes over me as I work. I find it hard sometimes to relax and sleep because I get so involved in what I’m doing. That is when you know that you have found your passion in life. When you are out and crave to be in your work space creating, When it’s 4 o’clock in the morning and you are awake thinking about an art project and then get up to work. Passion is something that most don’t really know they have until that really search their heart. It comes easy for some people to know and find it, but for others they have to search. For me life without passion would be silent.
Everyday Blue Happy is changing into a way of life for my family. We often talk about what makes us happy and ways to evolve our lives into a life of happiness and passion. My son-in-law for years was in a job he hated. A little over a year ago he made a drastic change and went into a different field. You don’t have to ask him if he likes his job or is he happy you can see it on his face. What a difference it has made to find his passion. It’s all about asking yourself questions and by doing this you will find your passion.
Everyday I try to look at the day as a gift. I want to make sure I spend each day with passion and happiness. Sometimes its hard to do that when other things in life get in the way. I think if we just find one moment in the day to see happiness it will be there. I hope your holiday season is full of passion, happiness and family. Again thank you ever so much for supporting my sale I felt so loved. Go be Blue Happy!
