It’s Monday my favorite day of the week. So much promise and a new week to start fresh. I love the weekend as well and this past weekend was fantastic. Although busy I had time to just sit in my unfinished studio and dream a bit. I took the time to pray in the empty space and enjoy the love that has gone into every inch of it. I’m so blessed to have great friends and family.
On Saturday I got a text from a sweet friend Mary. She had been out shopping garage sales in her neighborhood and found some great deals. She sent me pictures and shared her finds with me. She was lucky to get a great gaming table and four rolling chairs for $20 and a wood art piece that had hooks already on it to organize by an entry way door for $5. We texted back and forth and I found out she blames me for the inspiration. Mary made my day when she said she now has Blue Happy Fever. I loved the quote and I love that she is inspired by the blog. That is the point of Blue Happy Living to inspirer all the blog readers to go out and redo, reuse and make over what was once great, now left to be tossed out but with a bit of Blue Happy love it is new again.
Starting this week every Friday I will be doing Christmas projects. These projects will be redo gift ideas, some will be organizing projects and others will be decorating projects. I’m excited about sharing with you some of my family traditions and some new things I will be adding to my family and friend gift giving.
I hope that you all are enjoying Blue Happy Living and the projects I show you. I think that we all have a bit of Blue Happy Designer within us all. I know that I’m enjoying showing and sharing with you. It is truly been a Blue Happy ride for me. I would love for you to share with me your finds, redo’s and idea’s. I think it’s important for us to share with each other our idea’s and projects that’s how we grow. Go be Blue Happy where every you live!
